SELLERS' POLICY
All commission rates are negotiable.
Merchandise to be sold on the regular Thursday night sales must be labeled and delivered to the auction house on the Wednesday prior to the sale, between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Merchandise to be sold on the Saturday night sales must be labeled and delivered to the auction house on the Thursday or Friday prior to the sale.
Merchandise not sold within one (1) month or six (6) auction sales must be removed from the auction house or be forfeited.
All sellers must be present or have a representative present when their merchandise is sold, unless prior arrangements are made.
Damaged merchandise will not be sold unless auction house is made aware of damage prior to sale.
Merchandise sold with reserve is accepted in limited quantities.  A 10% service fee will be charged of the amount of the final bid, if item is not sold.
Payment for all merchandise sold will be made one week following sale.  If payment is to be mailed, seller must provide SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope).
Col. Dodie Allen is the sole proprietor of the auction house.  All transactions and policies are to be discussed with her and her alone.
Merchandise purchased at auction must be paid in full the day of the sale.

This auctioneer operates for "the seller" in all instances, consequently the more dollars your make,
the more I make.  This is my goal.
